Carolina is one of Conquest's latest developments, and consists of two twin
buildings located on Ellendale Place. A full and complete renovation
of both buildings began in October 2005 which included all new plumbing,
electrical, roofing and heating/air conditioning systems, as well as
the installation of high-speed internet access and Dish Network TV service.
In addition, the kitchens and bathrooms were completely rebuilt with
brand new state of the art equipment and appliances. The exterior
was completely redone as well and a large 2 story waterfall was added
to the building's facade. A BBQ patio was also added to provide
a common area place for residents to relax.
Construction completion occurred in
August 2006. The buildings contain all luxury
2-bedroom/2-bathroom
apartments, and
boast some of the newest apartments of student housing around campus.
