Coronado,
located on the corner of Picasso
Road and
Camino Pescadero, is a fully rebuilt 55-unit apartment community that redefined student living standards
in Isla Vista.
Coronado was completed in 2007 and was fully leased months prior to
completion.
A great wealth of detail was put into the renovation to make Coronado
one of the finest complexes to grace the Isla Vista neighborhood.
Millions of dollars were being spent during the 11-month remodel process
to create 55 brand new apartment interiors, a brand new exterior facade,
