Hello, and welcome to Conquest Student Housing!

Conquest Student Housing was founded in 1993 as the premier housing provider for students at the University of Southern California.  In January 2005, Conquest completed construction on Breakpointe at UCSB.  Breakpointe, located on Abrego Road in Isla Vista, marked Conquest's first project at the University of California at Santa Barbara.  In July 2007, Conquest completed construction on Coronado, further demonstrating Conquest's continued commitment to highly amenitized quality student housing.  Today, Conquest houses over 500 students in the most sought after buildings in Isla Vista.

Conquest understands students' needs.
A student’s time should be spent on school work and hanging out at the beach, not worrying about housing issues.  Conquest provides upscale, luxurious apartments, and supports them with exceptional service from caring staff members.
